Arbourview in Georgetown is being built around this WideLot™ concept, though exact lot dimensions for the project have not yet been released.

On a standard GTA lot, the house often fills most of the frontage, leaving a narrow driveway and a pinched street. WideLot™ reverses that proportion: more lot width, more room for interior layout, and a street that reads as a neighbourhood rather than a packed row. Mattamy has used the idea for decades; Arbourview is the Georgetown community currently being planned around it.
